Withdrawal from the contract and product complaint

You have 30 days with us to withdraw from the contract.
Are you not satisfied with our products or was it an unsuitable gift? Fill out the complaint form and please state the reason why you decided to return the goods. Every feedback is important to us and will help us improve.

 

We do not exchange goods. If the size doesn’t fit you and you wish to order the product in a different size, fill out our complaint form and create a new order. If the requested size is in stock, we will dispatch the goods to you immediately.
We will refund the money for the original order to your account, no later than 14 days from receiving the complaint.
